Enhanced Telecommunications - Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) is a successful company providing both commercial and residential customers advanced and progressive technology at fair prices. Formerly Sunman Telecommunications Corporation, ETC has provided local telephone service for over 70 years. Through the years we've added many new services providing us with a full spectrum to include Long Distance, Video, High Speed Internet, Cellular, Business Phone Systems, Security Systems, Web Design, Web Hosting and Print Design. ETC currently employees 70 people and has offices in Sunman, Batesville and Greensburg. To date we provide service to over 8,000 customers spanning Ripley, Dearborn, Decatur, and Franklin counties.

Rising Sun Regional Foundation - The Rising Sun Regional Foundation, Inc. was created in 1994 by the City of Rising Sun in conjunction with the development of the Grand Victoria Casino and Resort by the Hyatt Corporation. The Grand Victoria Casino, now owned by Full House Resorts, Inc., makes monthly contributions to the Foundation based on a percentage of its Adjusted Gross Revenue.

The Foundation conducts a general grants program to primarily benefit the residents of Ohio and Ripley counties and the City of Aurora in Dearborn County. It is governed by seven board members who are appointed by the eligible counties, cities, and towns in its grantmaking region and is administered by a professional staff.

According to its bylaws, the Foundation sets aside at least 25 percent of its annual revenue in a Permanent Reserve Fund, the income generated from which can be utilized for the Foundation's general grants program. The remaining balance of the Foundation's annual income is utilized for its general grants program and management and administrative expenses.
